The tar files below include the GridTool restart, igs, d3m, mapbc, cogsg, front, poin1, and bc files. All of these were created using GridTool Version 4.1. All of these grids have been grown except for the extra fine grid. I grew these grids using the 64-bit VGRID version 4.2. Please contact Shahyar Pirzadeh (shahyar.z.pirzadeh@nasa.gov) to obtain this version. This version is only required for the fine and extra fine grids, but all grids were generated with the 64-bit version. Also, while version 4.2 of VGRID was used, the version number in the d3m file was maintained at 4.1. There are some volume sources used in these grids, so if the grids are regrown with an earlier version of VGRID, the restart files will have to be modified for this. A little difficulty closing with v4.2 of postgrid, so I ended up using v4.1 for the final closure along with a reduction of ifact to 0.95 for the last few postgrid iterations.
