Grids named as follows:
"grid1" = coarse grid
"grid2" = medium grid
"grid3" = fine grid

All grids are the wing/body and have the FX2B fairing unless "nofx2b" is
specified in the grid name, in which case the grid does not have the FX2B 
fairing. 

Grid file format is the AFLR b8.ugrid format. Grids are unstructured. 
Approximate grid sizes are:

DPW_grid1.b8.ugrid = 3M
DPW_grid2.b8.ugrid = 8M
DPW_grid3.b8.ugrid = 35M
DPW_grid1_nofx2b.b8.ugrid = 2.7M 
DPW_grid2_nofx2b.b8.ugrid = 8M
DPW_grid3_nofx2b.b8.ugrid = 33M
